Guidelines for Presentation:
 To ensure the smooth conduct of technical sessions, all presenters are requested to adhere to the following guidelines:
  1. Authors must present their papers in the mode Online/Offline (In-Person) as confirmed during registration and mentioned above. Any change in the presentation mode should be communicated to the Organizing Committee well in advance.
  2. Each paper will be allocated 10 minutes, including presentation and discussion/Q&A. Authors are advised to limit their presentation to 8–9 minutes to allow sufficient time for questions and transitions between presentations.
  3. Prepare your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPTX) as per template shared above. 
  4. The title slide should clearly display Paper ID, Paper Title, Author(s) Name(s), Affiliation(s).
  5. Use clear fonts and readable text. Avoid overcrowding slides with excessive content.
  6. At least one author must be present to deliver the presentation. Papers that are not presented during the assigned session may not be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings, subject to the conference policy.
  7. Presentations will be conducted under the supervision of Session Chairs. Authors are requested to strictly follow the instructions of the Session Chair and Organizing Committee.
  8. Certificates will be issued only to papers that are successfully presented during the conference. Certificates for online presenters will be issued a few days after the conference following verification of attendance and participation records.
 
Guidelines for ONLINE Presenters
  1. Join the session at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  2. Recorded presentations are not permitted to be played in online sessions. Kindly join the session as per meeting link provided and present your paper in the online session.
  3. Ensure a stable internet connection, working microphone, and camera.
  4. Rename your display name as: Paper ID – Presenter Name
  5. Keep your microphone muted when not speaking.
  6. Share your screen only when instructed by the Session Chair/ Organizer.
  7. It is mandatory to turn on the Camera while presenting the paper.
  8. Do not leave the session after your presentation. Please listen to the work done by others. You may ask queries to the papers being presented during the session.
  9. The online session will be concluded with a group photograph, so kindly do not leave the meeting until presentations are done by all presenters of that session.

Guidelines for OFFLINE/ IN-PERSON Presenters

  1. Report to the session venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session.
  2. Carry a backup copy of the presentation on a USB drive.
  3. Coordinate with the Session Organizer before the start of the session. The details of the session organizers will be updated here soon.
  4. The presentation certificates will be handed over to the presenter after the completion of technical session by concerned Session Chair(s).
