Registration
The authors agree that if their paper is accepted for oral or poster presentation, at least one author must register for the conference and present the paper. The conference will be held in hybrid format, with in-person attendance (offline mode) at the CNR, Nanotec, Rende(CS), Italy. Participants may also attend and present their papers virtually (online mode). Registration fees are as follows:

Important Instructions:
- For successful registration, at least one author should register before deadline.
- For in-person (offline) participants, the registration fee includes conference participation, meals, and conference materials.
- Participants are responsible for their own accommodation expenses.
- Manuscripts must be 10-20 pages in Springer Format. Short papers (below 10 pages) are not considerable in ICICV-2025.
- After payment, save the transaction ID and payment confirmation screenshot, as both will be required for registration.
- Presentation certificate will be issued to presenter only. The presentation certificate will also include the name of all authors, but the affiliation of presenter only will be included.
- Once registration is confirmed, the corresponding author will receive a copy of publishing agreement from us. The corresponding author needs to submit the signed and scanned copy of the publishing agreement. The details regarding submission of publishing agreement will be sent via email.
Registration for Online (Virtual) Mode
The registration to ICICV-2025 in online mode is a two step process:

Important Note: The online registration fee is inclusive of 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax, Govt. of India). The participants will receive the invoice of registration fee once the GST is deducted and submitted to Govt. of India. Generally the invoices are provided to participants during conference days. In case, any participant requires invoice before conference dates, they should write to helpdesk.icicv@gmail.com for the same.

Additional Instructions regarding Offline Participation at CNR-Nanotec at the University of Calabria, Italy:
The participant in ICICV-2025 requests membership in the CONFLUENZE APS association, which is an organizational partner of the conference, and pays the 2025 membership fee along with the contribution for ICICV-2025.
About CONFLUENZE: CONFLUENZE is a no-profit Cultural Association that does not carry out business activities and on the basis of the collection of membership fees, contributions and donation, organizes only non-commercial, scientific dissemination. The 5th edition of International Conference on Innovations in Computational Intelligence and Computer Vision (ICICV 2025) represents an important scientific dissemination event of Confluenze. Its participation fee is therefore waived for CONFLUENZE Members. People interested in participating in ICICV 2025 are suggested to become members* of CONFLUENZE by paying a non-refundable membership fee through which they are also allowed to present a paper at the conference. The CONFLUENZE membership starts immediately after that the payment of fee is received and processed.
