Registration
The authors agree that if their paper is accepted for oral or poster presentation, at least one author must register for the conference and present the paper. The conference will be held in hybrid format, with in-person attendance (offline mode) at the BINUS University, Jakarta, Indonesia. Participants may also attend and present their papers virtually (online mode).
Important Instructions:
- For successful registration, at least one author should register before deadline.
- The registration fee includes conference participation, meals, and conference materials. There is no publication fee.
- Participants are responsible for arranging and bearing their own accommodation expenses.
- Manuscripts should be between 10-20 pages in Springer Format. We do not encourage short papers (below 10 pages).
- Payment instructions will be updated soon.
- After completing the payment, please save the transaction ID and payment confirmation screenshot, as both are required during the registration process.
- A certificate of paper presentation will be issued after successful registration and presentation of the paper (either online or offline).
- Upon confirmation of registration, the corresponding author will receive a publishing agreement via email. The signed and scanned copy of this agreement must be submitted as per the instructions provided in the email.

Refund and Ethical Policy:
- The registration fee, once paid, is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If a manuscript is found to involve plagiarism or any ethical misconduct at any stage of the review or publication process—whether identified by the conference committee or the publication partner—it will be rejected immediately. In such cases, any registration fee paid will not be refunded.
- Furthermore, if plagiarism or ethical issues are detected in the camera-ready version after the registration fee has been paid, the manuscript will be rejected and the registration fee will not be refunded.
